Bill, owner of Quality Pre-Owned Automotive, is originally from Eureka, Missouri. He is a graduate of Ranken Technical College, where he studied auto body repair and paint. What began as selling a few vehicles on the side eventually grew into the establishment of Quality Pre-Owned Automotive.
Today, the dealership maintains an inventory of approximately 100 vehicles, with that number increasing to over 250 during the annual tax season (February through March).
Bill and his wife, Jodi, have raised five children together and have been longtime residents of Cuba, Missouri.

Jodi serves as the company’s sole bookkeeper, overseeing all financial records and managing expenses to ensure the business operates smoothly. She has been responsible for the company’s bookkeeping since its inception, demonstrating long-standing dedication and reliability.
Jodi is married to Bill, and together they have raised five children. We sincerely appreciate her years of commitment and the vital role she continues to play in the success of the business.

Shawna has been a valued member of the Quality team since March 2013. She serves as the Finance and Office Manager and is the primary point of contact for titling inquiries and general information requests.
Shawna is a college graduate with high honors in Finance and Administration. She and her husband, Jason, have three children. We are grateful to have her as an integral part of the Quality team and appreciate her ongoing contributions to the company.

Anthony has been a member of the Quality Pre-Owned Automotive team since 2023, initially joining as a sales associate. Through his strong work ethic and performance, he has quickly proven to be an invaluable asset to the company.
He currently works part-time in the sales office while primarily serving as the Parts Manager and Lot Manager. In this role, Anthony oversees the vehicle lot and conducts quality control inspections on all incoming inventory to ensure each vehicle meets the dealership’s standards.

Lauren has recently joined the sales office at Quality Pre-Owned Automotive. As the oldest daughter of Bill and Jodi, she has had a lifelong connection to the business and has witnessed its growth firsthand. She is currently gaining experience and developing her knowledge of the industry as she begins her role.
Recently married, Lauren’s family includes her husband, Michael, and her stepson, Alexander. We are excited to welcome her to the team and look forward to her contributions to the continued success of the family business.

Brian has been a valued member of the Quality Pre-Owned Automotive team since 2014, working in the auto paint shop. Originally from Eureka, Missouri, he relocated to Cuba, Missouri to join the team.
Brian is known for his willingness to assist both customers and colleagues, making him an important part of daily operations. Having grown up with Bill, the two share a long-standing friendship that led to Brian joining the company, where he has been a dependable contributor ever since.
