I hate to say anything bad about shawna . But the company quality auto is notorious for selling cars that break down soon after you buy them and really most i was really suprised passed any kind of inspection. . Iv bought two first one I had a few months realized it was about to break down and traded it in at a dealership right before it did thank god!. I had hoped the 1st buy was just bad luck but I bought a 2nd car from them. And let's just say its a lemon. 2016 passat w 920000 miles on it. I havent even got 1000 miles on it before it started lunging and at 1st they acted like they was gonna make it right . Owner and mechanics dont wanna accept accountability for pre existing damages they literally went for the fastest fix they could think of and said it was that. Two 10 min fixes later im still having same issue w car. Save yourself the money avoid this dealership. Im not saying anything but the absolute truth . I gain nothing from lying about this.

My daughter brought a 2016 Kia Soul that ended up having some title issues, not at the fault of the dealership. We were told to bring the car back and get a refund or find something else that was the same price. The other Kia Soul my daughter liked was more expensive. The owner ended up giving us a deal allowing us to get the more expensive vehicle in place of the first one we brought. Also, Shawna at the front desk is very nice and knows her job well. Both times we went, we were in and out in less than an hour. So if you like a no hassle dealership with a variety of vehicles this is your go to place.
